My avocation started 15 years ago with colleagues, clients, business customers, friends, and referrals, having one thing in common. They were stuck in jobs and careers that affected both their personal lives and careers. They felt stymied, confused, and frustrated which lead to fear, anxiety and stress causing unhappiness, and burnout. People who lost their jobs or were looking for new career opportunities became confused and overwhelmed when it was time to start a new job search. I can totally relate to their situations as I had been in the same situation during my career.

Biography

Hello, my name is Domenic Tripoli,

I’m the Owner / Founder of Career Exchange Coaching. I have over 30 years of experience in workforce management solutions, executive search, talent acquisition and executive recruiting. My entire career has been spent guiding, coaching, and mentoring people, one-on-one, to find satisfying jobs, long-term careers, and happiness.

Prior to opening Career Exchange Coaching, my training and work experience was spent with four Fortune 500 companies, IBM, Adecco, Randstad, and Allegis Group.
I worked with outstanding individuals and great teams that helped change the workforce landscape for job seekers.

My private business experience included owning a successful employment agency, executive search firm and resume writing company which was the first Digital resume writing service in the U.S. with 17 offices.
